JIM LEMKE audio excerpt: “When I worked for Disney, most people did their homework (in preparation for a job interview). We were looking for screenwriters. One person said, ‘I don’t think you understand. I really, really want this job.’ A week later, I received a made-up ransom note with a cut-off Mickey Mouse ear attached to it. The note said, ‘We need to talk or you won’t see the mouse again.’ I hired him; very creative. But this wouldn’t have worked at TRW.”
